Color shifts

Applying thinned "glaze" to deepen the color.

Wiping back the glaze for transparency.
The deep red is Alizaron Crimson.  It is a naturally transparent color.  Here I've applied it over the cadmium red wash with a knife.  I've left a hint of the bright orange around boundaries for some extra energy.  Both colors react together for a richer color field.
Making progress.  Notice the adjusted green in the upper corners.
